The big hospitality event to train and update with the most relevant, established and future players in hospitality.
Rimini, Palacongressi – On October 10, 2023, Hospitality Day, the annual event dedicated to tourism, hospitality and the trends of the future of hospitality, comes back and celebrates ten years of activity this year.
Ten years of quality training, content, topics and trends about emerging issues, successful case-histories and visions of the future. Ten years of continued growth, evolution and revolution that allowed the event to become a reference on the national scene with international speakers from all over the world. Ten years of an event that has been held in person and has kept up with the times, even during delicate moments for the hospitality industry. Ten years of meetings, networking, new acquaintances and handshakes, exchanging and sharing ideas and current and future perspectives.
Now in its tenth edition, born from the passion for hospitality and the continuous desire to network and team up in the Italian system, Hospitality Day is an event created and organised by Teamwork Hospitality, a hotel consulting and training company in Rimini which, for twenty years, ensures professionalism and expertise in the world of tourism and hospitality.
“We are approaching this tenth year with great excitement – Mauro Santinato, President of Teamwork Hospitality, said – but also in the knowledge that we have a great responsibility on our shoulders”.
The 10th Hospitality Day will also take place at the Palacongressi in Rimini, one of the largest conference centres in Italy, an important, spacious and prestigious venue testifying to the relevant importance of the event and will be free admission with compulsory registration on the official website.
As the name of the event itself suggests, Hospitality Day will be a day dedicated to the world of hospitality in which tour operators, accommodation facility owners, suppliers, experts, architects and consultants come together to get to know each other, share experiences, develop business and discuss the most effective strategies and latest industry trends.
“Hospitality Day is now a fixed appointment for thousands of operators and a point of reference for the entire tourism world”, Mauro Santinato stated. “As soon as the edition is over, we start working on the next one. In fact, for both us and our partners, it has become a common thread that binds us throughout the year. And this is beautiful because it becomes a continuous stimulus to keep up to date, to search for new ideas and new points of view. After ten years, I can say that yes, Hospitality Day has also improved our way of working and I hope this is also the case for many participants. We are preparing a major edition. And I am sure it will be a great event as always. The festival of hospitality.”
With 15 meeting rooms, 7 themed arenas, 250 partner companies, a networking space covering 5,000 square metres, 170 seminars and a visitor count of 5,000 in 2022, Hospitality Day connects the most prestigious companies in the industry with leading hospitality players and operators since 2014.
Train, be trained, update and be updated: this is Hospitality Day.
Hospitality Day is in fact training with seminars by exceptional testimonials and enlightened entrepreneurs in the hotel and catering industry, who in Italy and abroad have been able to bring innovation and change, with unique experiences to tell. In the meeting rooms, visitors will be able to be inspired by new ideas, strategies, solutions, and obtain advice on products and services that can be applied to their own sector and field of work. The choice of speakers is always selected with the aim of offering insights into the most debated issues of the moment, delving into the hottest topics and anticipating market trends. Each speech, each panel and each topic are chosen with care and attention to provide participants with the most useful tools to orient themselves in a fast-moving world. From Hotel Operations to Food&Beverage Operations, from Brand Reputation Management to Design, and from Revenue Management to Social Media Marketing.
The 7 themed arenas are: Il Cafe del Design, La voce dell’albergatore with successful testimonies, welevel.academy on human resources, Revenue and Technology, Catering, Housekeeping and Influencer Marketing, the new 2023 always in step with the times. Each thematic arena will address the most popular topics on hotel design, catering, cleaning, technology, employee management and digital tools.
An exhibition area will be dedicated to partner companies and to the presentation of their products for efficient and innovative solutions and services. These will include leading companies in the fields of furniture, technology, food, wellness and many others.
The Hospitality Day’s visitors are professionals in the sector. Hospitality Day welcomes all managerial and operational figures: from hotel chain directors and managers to Marketing and Sales Managers, Reception and Front Office Managers to F&B Managers. And not only, architecture firms and designers who design the most important hotel structures and who are looking for new solutions in interior design.
“We have witnessed a great growth of the event, both in terms of quality and interest, and this testifies to the ferment that characterises tourism in Italy and the great attention paid to training and updating. This 10th edition confirms and consolidates the quality of recent years” Mauro Santinato, the President of Teamwork Hospitality, concludes.
