The Wellness hospitality in the near future
Milan, November 22 – The first edition of Wellness Hospitality Conference, the first conference dedicated to the worlds of wellness and hospitality, will take place at the NH Hotel in Milan CityLife. It is organised by Teamwork Hospitality, the Rimini-based network that has been contributing to the growth of the entrepreneurial culture for the tourism and hospitality sector for years.
Wellness Hospitality Conference stems from the need to dedicate oneself more to one's physical and mental health, seeking increasingly attentive and personalised service in spa and wellness facilities. The pursuit of self-care and balance has become a priority, and this is demonstrated by the recent events of the past few years along with the speed of change and technological overload and a frenetic, sedentary lifestyle.
With more than 30 speakers, 30 partner companies and 500 participants already registered, Wellness Hospitality Conference will be the only full-day event in Italy dedicated to the wellness world, its evolution, the trends influencing the sector, the concepts and innovations required by the spa resorts and hotel spas to better meet guests' services and needs.
“The demand for wellness is growing at a steady pace and with the necessary adoption of strategies by the major players, the market is expected to grow well beyond the next five years. This is one of the main reasons why to be there”, Mauro Santinato, President of Teamwork Hospitality, said.
An event aimed at involving all professionals working in the world of wellness, drawing the attention of spa hotels, thermal centres, medical spas and wellness centres, which will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and improve their skills in order to provide a high-quality service to the guests of their facilities.
Visitors will have the opportunity to listen to and discuss with national and international speakers, among the best experts in the wellness world, specialised architects, directors of the best spas in Italy, together with spa managers and spa consultants.

A conference organised in panel discussions in the dual language Italian and English, with 5-6 speakers per panel, coordinated by a moderator. Educational seminars and round tables will make up the day's programme, with the possibility of creating conversation and debate, exchanging ideas, points of view and concrete solutions, analysis of successful case studies and testimonials from spa managers in the sector who tell their stories. Among the main topics will be the future of the sector; the management of wellness centres, spa hotels and spas; the evolution of the market; the critical issues to be faced, but also current opportunities to be competitive and in step with the times.
Wellness Hospitality Conference will be an opportunity not only to improve one's knowledge, offer new services, be inspired by great experts, but also to network and thus expand one's network of contacts.
Wellness Hospitality Conference aims to create a moment of confrontation between Wellness and Hospitality professionals in Italy.
