Hotel Val di Sogno, Garda Lake.
The ovre.design® studio consolidates its long-term collaboration with the Hotel Val di Sogno located in Malcesine, on the Verona side of Lake Garda, with the recent design and realization of the Val di Sogno suite and two Shiny Bay Junior Suite.
The collaboration between the architectural firm founded by the architect Giulia Delpiano and by the designer Corrado Conti, and the Hotel Val di Sogno grew over time thanks to interior design interventions aimed to design rooms and suites for each floor. The client’s main objective was to celebrate Italian design, amaze the guests with a unique and original concept and seduce them with welcoming spaces.
The Hotel Val di Sogno, in the bay of the same name, is a four-star superior property with 36 rooms and suites of respectively 20 and 70 square meters. They all overlook the lake and are like the frame of a Klimt painting: the elegant underscore of a masterpiece that catches the eye and conquers the soul thanks to the identity design and the sophisticated stylistic research on details and on the choice of tailored piece of furniture, designed by ovre.design®.
Based on the authenticity of ovre.design®, the atmosphere in the rooms and suites of the Hotel Val di Sogno is the result of a refined and quality creativity. The distinctive identity found in the first interventions realized in some rooms, suites, common areas - that were made private, warm and harmonious – has led the client to strongly believe in the vision and style of ovre.design®, by entrusting them the realization of three other prestigious suites in 2022, the most important and voluminous suites of the hotel: the Val di Sogno Suite and the two Shiny Bay Junior Suite.

Suite Val di Sogno
The restyling interventions of the Hotel Val di Sogno followed the client’s request of positioning itself as a premium hotel which starts from a design that best represents the sense of hospitality and warmth, with a strong degree of personalization and uniqueness, and which communicates luxury understood as the value of space, time and person.
The ovre.design® studio succeeded in expressing the creativity of the suites by taking inspiration from the colors and sensations of nature, aroused by the lake and mountain, thus offering interior design solutions aligned to the client’s expectations.
The Hotel Val di Sogno and the Shiny Bay Junior Suite are the result of this inspiration.
The Val di Sogno Suite is the calm of the lake that echoes a total living experience of comfort in the sign of the quality Italian design in the interior spaces.The Val di Sogno suite is spread over 56 square meters of interior space, including the room and the bathroom, and 20 square meters of exterior space with a double glass balcony and a direct view of the lake. Each piece of furniture has a fully tailored and unique design studied by ovre.design® for the hotel and was made by the contract Bonfante. Val di Sogno stands out for the choice of customized furnishing and prestigious materials, ribbed boiserie, headboards of sinuous forms that enhance the feeling of comfort, coffee table and bedside table with original forms and an agglomerate top. The space is filled and furnished with sofa and armchairs by Montbéliarde, covered with Dedar fabrics of different shades.Special and attentive study was given to the light element with the outstanding Catellani & Smith lights in gold and the Bocci lights in glass next to the headboard. The lighting is also present in the furnishings which shine through these settings.
Shiny Bay Junior Suite
The Shiny Bay Junior Suite are two suites where the boundaries between outside and inside fade gently thanks to the elegant design elements inspired by nature and the large window overlooking the bay. The Shiny Bay Junior Suite have respectively a surface area of 34 and 37 square meters of interior space, with the room and the bathroom, and of 20 and 18 square meters of exterior space with a lake view balcony. This result in a space that whispers a sweet melody and that best expresses ovre.design®’s creativity in colors, materials and feelings that recall the surrounding nature.
“Every detail is meticulously taken care of with great passion”, Corrado Conti claims. ovre.design® has joined the entire project and design by choosing every piece of furniture and accessories such as flower pots, to offer the client a turnkey project designed to reflect the hotel personality.
The Val di Sogno Suite and the Shiny Bay Junior Suite come from a meticulous and exclusive study which since ever defines the philosophy and the attitude to the project of the ovre.design® studio, able to ensure quality and uniqueness from scratch, and to be inspired by the characterized sensations of the place, in order to create a unique and authentic design each time.
