"Years ago, with Hospitality Day, we planted a seed. Today, we are reaping the fruits of a project that has grown beyond all expectations. This latest edition was once again a celebration of hospitality: having guests such as philosopher Umberto Galimberti, food critic Edoardo Raspelli, world champion bartender Bruno Vanzan, and artist Paolo Cevoli was an honor and made the event even more exciting. The enthusiasm of industry professionals and the positive feedback we are receiving confirm that Hospitality Day has become an essential reference point for the Italian hotel industry. We look forward to writing a new chapter in this story next year." - Mauro Santinato, President of Teamwork Hospitality.
