The rooms
Concreta's restructuration of the rooms mainly involved the standard rooms, the hotel's most historic rooms, many of which boast spectacular views of the famous Upper Town. Concreta took care of the complete supply to create a fresh and cosy space, which managed to preserve the linear and traditional style while integrating modern functionalities without compromising the historicity of the context.
The main interventions included the choice of stoneware flooring for the bedrooms and bathroom area, together with wall coverings, where wallpapers were applied to enhance each room.
From the furniture to the choice of partners for the total project, Concreta carefully selected and positioned each element to ensure harmony and functionality, tailoring the room elements such as wardrobes, bedside tables and desks. The closets are characterized by a melamine wood interior shell, with a lacquered MDF exterior, enriched by mirrors on the doors, which contribute to a feeling of greater brightness and space. The desk, on the other hand, combines elegance and modernity, with a bronze-colored wood and metal frame and a black glass top.

In the bathroom area, the furniture is also made to measure in wood, with an elegant ceramic washbasin top. The shower cubicle, made entirely of glass, reveals the choice of ceramic tiles in shades of blue, creating a refined visual effect.
Blue, in all its shades, is the recurring color from the second to the seventh floor. A chromatic continuity picked up on the doors, ceramics, wallpaper, wardrobes and the floral carpet in the corridor, as well as the connecting staircase, which are characterized by shades ranging from blue to light blue, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
The first floor, on the other hand, features a lighter color scheme in shades of white and beige, with larger rooms and an outdoor terrace. This floor represents a more inclusive and spacious proposal, designed to ensure maximum comfort for all guests.
The project was realized by Concreta with the interior contractor working from March until October 2024. This intervention marks only the first step of a broader renovation, which envisages a further batch of refurbishments to restore freshness and functionality to a hospitality structure of reference in the Bergamo area.
