The Best Luxury Hotel Awards, now in their second edition, are the annual recognition created by Teamwork Hospitality with contributions from Elle Decor and EHMA – European Hotel Managers Association. The awards celebrate the finest Italian luxury accommodations that stand out for the excellence of their services and their ability to offer guests an extraordinary experience.
The jury of the Best Luxury Hotel Awards 2025 has selected 30 finalists from among 375 applications (a 25% increase compared to the first edition in 2024) submitted by luxury hotels across Italy. The awards ceremony will be held on October 29th at the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan and will introduce several important new elements: increasingly cutting-edge award categories, a renewed jury, a media partnership with Condé Nast Traveller, and the patronage of both Altagamma and Confindustria Alberghi. The award itself, designed by Giuliana Salmaso, is a celebration of excellence and innovation in the luxury hospitality sector.

The Best Luxury Hotel Awards 2025 will honor hotels in the following categories: Best Service, Best Bar, Best Design, Best Wellness & Spa, Best Restaurant, Best Wine Selection, Best General Manager, Best New Opening, Best Sustainability Program, and Best Breakfast.
Additionally, in collaboration with TTG Travel Experience, a special award will be presented to the best Italian luxury destination, recognizing the area that best embodies the values of excellence, hospitality, and attractiveness in high-end tourism.
