After the first edition in 2024, Hospitality Design Conference, the event dedicated to hotel design, contract and redevelopment organized by Rimini-based consulting and training firm Teamwork Hospitality, is confirmed again this year with excellent results.
On the day of Thursday, May 8, 2025, at the Melià Hotel in Milan, there were in fact more than 950 registered participants and 800 attendees, 45 partner companies, 15 media partnerships, with a program featuring more than 60 Italian and international speakers, a unique opportunity for professionals in the design, architecture and hospitality sectors to exchange ideas and knowledge.
“This was an extraordinary second edition, marked by a very high number of high-level attendances. I personally feel satisfied with the success and resonance of the event. We will strive to have this result, or even more, next year” - Mauro Santinato, Teamwork CEO.

“With this edition we asked an uncomfortable but necessary question: is this the end of hotels as we have always known them? Today's content, speakers, and provocations tell us that yes, something is over. But because of this, an extraordinary space opens up for those who have the courage to reinvent” - Nicola Delvecchio, Teamwork Hospitality.
“It is really pleasing to see the interest that Hospitality Design Conference has generated. There were three rooms this year, and all three were full from the beginning until the end of the talks. In the we:ll magazine room, in line with the review, we covered hospitality trends and in particular one, the thin thread that tied all talks together, sustainability. Today, it is more a necessity than a trend” - Laura F. Verdi, we:ll Magazine.
“This year a new theme was introduced that held sway in the Project Mangement room that I coordinated: project management dissected in various panels. The large turnout showed us how much need there is for in-depth study of this often-little considered aspect” - Davide Mantesso, Michaeler & Partners
