It consists of four exclusive villas, featuring a private beach and luxury hotel services. In particular, Villa Surrender is the flagship of the boutique hotel, for which Angelo Cappellini provided the furnishings. The project harmoniously combines sustainable architecture, stunning landscapes, and outstanding interior design.
At the client’s request, the interior design project, entrusted to Sarsfield Brooke Ltd., reflects the authenticity of Italian design, with the production of high-quality, Made in Italy furniture by Angelo Cappellini. The company’s creations convey timeless elegance and exceptional craftsmanship, hallmarks that have distinguished the brand for over a century.

Villa Surrender opens onto an interior featuring a king-size bed headboard upholstered in shimmering grey velvet, nightstands, and a Mozart collection desk in Louis XVI style, all finished in distressed ivory white lacquer over a grey base. At the foot of the bed sit two small armchairs in white lacquer with grey fabric, while two silver leaf–finished chairs frame a custom-made breakfast table.
