Located in Colico and inaugurated in 2025, the Marina Lodge is an exclusive accommodation facility within the Nausika yacht club in Colico, directly on the lake, a perfect synthesis of nautical lifestyle, nature, and hospitality.
It features 10 rooms of different types and sizes, ranging from the Grand Suite Lake View to Lake View Suites, Mountain View Suites, and Junior Lake View Suites. The interior design was curated with the support of architect Alessia Galimberti’s studio: from the Superior Lake View Rooms to the Standard Double Mountain View Rooms, all spaces are finely furnished in a contemporary style and equipped with the highest level of comfort, offering bright environments and an intimate, relaxing atmosphere. Large glass windows and panoramic terraces create a continuous dialogue with the landscape, providing spectacular views of the lake and the surrounding Alpine peaks.
Guests have direct access to the marina’s facilities and services, including mooring options and a wide range of nautical experiences such as boat tours, boat rentals with a fully 2026-renewed fleet, and water sports. The property also offers an infinity pool with lake views and a pool bar.
