Milan, December 1, 2026 – The Wellness Hospitality Conference returns to Milan for its fourth edition, bringing together professionals from the wellness and hospitality sectors. Organized by Teamwork Hospitality, the Rimini-based consulting and training company that has been contributing to the development of entrepreneurial culture in tourism and hospitality for years, the event will take place on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at the newly renovated Milan Marriott Hotel.
Wellness Hospitality Conference is an opportunity to explore the evolution of the wellness sector, the trends transforming the market, and the changes affecting thermal facilities, spa hotels and, more broadly, wellness hospitality.
As wellness plays an increasingly central role in consumers’ choices and lifestyles, the event aims to provide industry professionals with a practical understanding of the transformations underway, guests’ evolving needs and the opportunities emerging for businesses in the sector.
The full-day event is aimed at professionals from spa hotels, thermal facilities, medical spas and wellness centres, as well as hoteliers, managers, designers, architects and consultants, who will have the opportunity to engage with Italian and international professionals and explore knowledge, strategies and experiences applicable to their own businesses.

The fourth edition will focus on the key themes shaping the evolution of the sector: how to manage and develop a wellness business, the experiences and best practices of spa managers, the future of the industry, the challenges and opportunities generated by new wellness models, and the evolution of guests’ needs and expectations. Through seminars, case studies, discussion sessions and round tables, Italian and international professionals will share experiences, strategies and practical examples applicable to the management of spa hotels, thermal facilities, medical spas and wellness centres.
The new venue, recently renovated and offering larger, more functional spaces, will allow the Wellness Hospitality Conference programme to be expanded. Alongside the Main Hall, a second conference room will be introduced, enabling additional sessions focused on the more operational and design-related aspects of wellness to complement the strategic talks and discussions.
“The fourth edition of the Wellness Hospitality Conference confirms how wellness has become a strategic driver for the development of hospitality. Today, the sector is at the centre of major investments and profound transformations involving technology, longevity, space design and the guest experience. The introduction of a second conference room responds to the need to complement the strategic perspective of international industry leaders with a more technical forum for those who design, build and manage wellness spaces and services every day. Bringing together the leading Italian and international players in the wellness hospitality industry in Milan creates a concrete opportunity to understand where the market is heading and how to seize its future opportunities,” says Mauro Santinato, President of Teamwork Hospitality.
